What we store
Your email address and business details; the clients you add; the quotes you build and the PDFs we generate from them. That is what the product is for — we do not collect anything beyond what a quote needs.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not sell or share your customers’ details. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build a profile of you for anyone else. Your customers never need an account, and we do not ask them for one.
Who else touches it
Our hosting and database provider stores it. Our email provider delivers the quotes you send. Our document service renders your PDFs. Each processes the data only to do that job.
Getting it out, and getting rid of it
You can export everything at any time — see Terms, section 1. You can ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing hello@bidmill.app, and we will do it within 30 days. Export first: deletion is not reversible.
